X2 "rack it" and look underneath really good for frame damage front to back, ground down welds (painted or not), any evidence of a "non car fax wreck".. Sounds like you have a good eye for detail, thats a BIG PLUS for you. Minor fender benders and alot of crashes are not reported to car fax for the obvious reasons. Also check the RPO code in the driver side door(sticker) to see if everything matches there. $.02

Check the hinge of that door if it looks to have been replaced that is gonna be what scratched the bottom of the door. Is it on the same side as the tire rub?
The car doesn't look to be lowered so it should not rub at all. Is the over spray on that wheel well also? I agree you should rack it, have a mech or body guy look at it to see if any suspension has been replaced, also get the alignment checked it'll cost between 30 to 50 bucks but the measurements never lie.
NOBODY can align a wrecked car perfect get a complete print out including the thrust angle, sai, total toe, camber & caster. If they have hunter aligner they can print several reports.

Both doors have the same scratches on them.
I went and looked at a white one the other day and it had a couple scratches under there too, and felt like real flat paint.
Car is not lowered. It is 100% stoke besides SLP options, which it does have the 1LE suspension package on it.
The numbers match out on the car. It has all the stickers, and SLP certificates etc.
The overspray is on the same wheel well. But others have told me that happens from the factory. It's all the way down near the bottom.
I guess I'll see if I can either get it on a rack or at min jack it up in his driveway.
Thanks for all the input guys

Thanks for the compliments to those who did.
I'm hoping to stay away from the mod bite, but I know that's going to be nearly impossible.

Good looking car! But I'm a little biased. The imperfections you are seeing on the pillar is most likely a result of the factory defects. They used a glue that caused the paint to bubble after a few years. Mine has it aslo. The only way to fix it is replace it.

Thanks everyone. I'll get some really good pics up soon. still getting her up to my standards. You know, that's a good point, I need to name her! Yeah, I found out all about the sail inperfections etc, and mine is actually NOT bad whatsoever.
If you want to know, I got her for just over 14K. I'm happy and like others have said, that's all that matters.
