That was back then, I had the same problems with it in my s-10. Nowadays they have a new formula that doesnt do any of that ****. Just flush it and refil with the **** from advanced or autozone.

Ok, cool. Makes my life much easier. Thank you guys.

Any opinions on fuel filters? Need to replace that soon, and I don't want to use fram.

fram is just fine for fuel filters, but if you have to use another brand use pentilus

I don't like the reviews fram got for oil filters, they go cheap for those why not for the fuel filters?
Thank you

Aside from having a film of nasty brown crap inside the radiator I have no issues... and it cools just fine, my fans rarely have to kick on, so I haven't messed with getting it flushed out (I know I know I should get it cleaned).

It might be BS but if GM is compensating for damages they're not completely innocent or atleast a judge didn't think so.
I love GM, but they have built and produced some crappy products in the past. Cadillac Cimmaron, Pontiac Aztec, not so good quality in F-body interiors, etc. Dexcool could be a part of the list, Idk, but I wont be putting it in my car.

Thank you all for your posts.
