Question Stall and cam dilemma

Hello! My name is Kalee and I recently bought my 2nd WS6. It is an automatic 2002 Trans Am WS6. It is stock and I plan on putting long tube headers, y pipe and cam on it. I wanted to get a cam without a stall right now but everyone has been telling me that I might as well get both since I want a cam with a semi-rough idle, LOUD sound and awesome performance, nothing wimpy. I am not at all familiar with what size cam or stall I need and although I know its going to cost some money for all this I dont want to spend tons. Any suggestions on stall and cam??

Everybody has their favorite cam. I could suggest a cam/stall combo but, you should just talk to some of the sponsors and see what they suggest. Remember, you'll need at least a tune for the cam swap.

well fast street car with small stall and stock gears...might as well go a little smaller in cam size since make alot of torque..maybe like a 228r or something around that area..and maybe like a 3k converter .. street friendly just a thought

Something like an F11 or Torquer 2 or 3 with a 3200 or 3600 stall will be fine as a DD if it has a good tune. Don't forget tires if you plan on racing it.

Don't forget to get a tranny cooler when you put in the stall and your shifts will feel better if you put in a shift kit too.....
