Rear ends 3 or 4 channel

Default Rear ends 3 or 4 channel

What does this mean and how do i tell what i have. I own a 99 30th ta if that matters.

3 channel = non traction control

4 channel = traction control

Correct!

But to further clarify....

- 3 Channel rears will have one (1) ABS sensor that located roughly at the top of the pumpkin of the rear.

- 4 Channel rears will have two (2) ABS sensors located at the end of the axle tubes and you will see a exciter ring on each axle which is pressed it.

Are the reluctor wheels easy to get off and reuse? Looks like you can save a couple hundred on a 9 inch if you can use your factory stuff.

You can pry them off w/ a screw driver but You need a press to get them back on and I am talking 4 channel, I dont know about the 3.
