Well i am new to the lsx family, but in my past experience you should prolly do small things. If i were you what i would do is i would put lil stuff nothing to crazy. Cause once you start pulling stuff off you might end up spending a lil more money then what you thought. I would put intake, throttle body, a lid, long tubes, exhaust, and maybe like a cam, andd springs. That kinda stuff doesnt really require to much tear time. ya no you can replace the cam and springd with out having to tear the motor apart. get some decent number then save up a lil more money and add to the existing ya no idk just my thoughts
