Rear end replacement help.
Rear end replacement help. I have a 2000 TA 6speed, no traction control, but I do have abs. So I need to replace my rearend and was wondering if one with traction control will work in my car. What are the differences between 3 channel and 4 channel? What else do I need to know???

No I didn't break it. I bought the car a few months ago and it was humming when I bought it. I can't stand noises like that so I'm swapping it out and with another 10 bolt w/ 4.10 gears. Yes I know you are going to tell me I'm going to break it, but whatever I DON"T CARE ABOUT YOUR OPINION ON REAR ENDS, I simply need some knowledge on what the differences are on the 3 & 4 channels, will a 4 channel work in my car, and what I should know before hand. DO YOU have any helpful info to give or are you just here to talk ****??

mechanically,you can use a 4ch rearend assy. in a 3ch vehicle but ABS will no longer function.
