Well depending on what you want for a finished product ie. Strip car,dd,or anything else you have in mind will reflect on what you are going to want to do. I would say do bolt ons first so that being said a cat back will be on your horizon possibly even some LTs. Could also go with an ory depending on what your going for. As for cat backs there are lots of good quality cat backs so you really can't go wrong...www.Ls1sounds.com and find the exhaust that best suites your wants and needs.

+1 for suspension mods. that's where i started and i'm about 75% finished with replacing my stock susp with aftermarket parts. they make your car ride and handle better and sets you up with a suspension that can handle whatever you throw at it.

It all depends on what the car is mainly being used for right now. It won't hurt to add some suspension mods. Makes the car ride better(in my case it did). Unless you have LT's and full exhaust with other mods like an intake, etc, I wouldn't port the TB just yet.

A cheap mod that nets hp and will get you sound is a cutout and gets you 10rwhp+ . You can also do a catback.

if you dont go on the highway alot, 4.10s. i have to go highways to work so i went with 3.73s when my rear broke and im happy with them. i can feel a difference, but gas mileage didnt take a big hit. LS6 intake is a good chocie as well. ~350 in the for sale section here.
