I had the same problem with the alternator lug. I cut the cable at the terminal, removed the bolt on the alternator, got the old lug off, stripped the cable and recrimped a new terminal on it. Then re-thread the bolt into the alt and tighten the new terminal on. That is the easiest way to do it without making to much of a headache. Just make sure you put a terminal about the same size on. You can buy terminal lug kits for cheap at Autozone, Walmart, Advanced Auto, etc... They are cheap too. might take 10-15 minutes truthfully.
*It can be alot easier with the alternator removed from the bracket but can be a headache getting the alternator back in. When I did this to mine I was in the middle of an engine swap so it was not on the car when I did this fix.
Oil pan*- when you go to put the new oil pan on, put a small bead of RTV going all the way around with a new gasket and follow the proper torque to a "T". The rear long bolts on the oil pan are very weak in my opinion and have snapped them before. i would buy 2 new rear oilpan bolts if I where you and "Not reuse the old ones". The oilpan itself is not hard to line back up fella. Sorry for your bad luck and hope things work out bro.
