i just dont know what to do
I have a 2000 slp SS m6 and I'm trying to figure out on what to do first. I already have a ls6 intake and borla catback but idk on what to do next for a budget build. The car isn't my daily driver so I can take my time thru winter to build. So I'm pretty much asking what bolt ons I should get to get the most power.

Definitely agree with gears. And a tune. Headers are kind of a pain in the rear I'm saving for a project that requires exhaust disassembly. I did a hyper tech tune and gear chain at the same time along with a cat back, it was a night and day difference.

P&P TB for the LS6 (free mod), LT's, 3" Y Catted or ORY, and gears is what I would do depending on if you have the dreaded 10 bolt still or not, you could look into some suspension also, better sway bars, shocks/springs combo. I did the suspension in my 00 ss then powerbond underdrive, ls6, p&p TB, LT's, 3" catted Y, plugs/wires, and frost tune and am very pleased with the outcome

I have the slp lid and already P&P my TB. I did all the free mods on it and I do have the worthless 10 bolt with stock gears. I've been hearing a lot about tuned by frost but have no idea on where he is to get tuned. I've been looking at suspension and headers with ORY. I already have an ls6 intake just not on my car yet. I've been looking at TSP ms3 cam but I was wondering if I beefed up my stock heads to hold that cam duration. My heads are 241's. What's ur guys imput on the head/cam?

At the moment I can't afford AFR heads they are expensive as hell haha. I had the money but had to put some money into my house so now I'm on a budjet. I've been told my heads would work with differ pushrods and lifters to hold the ms3 cam but others say to change them
