I'm doing a LQ9/T56 swap into my 91 Mustang, I need to know if i can or should use the F-body ECM?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, I tried to post in Conversions and Hybrids thread but it wouldn't let me.. any ideas on that would help also

Yeah you can use the F-body harness, do you have all of the sensors for the LQ9 or you still need to get those? I'm in the same boat as unsure of what harness to use, I've got an LQ4 with no sensors but LS6 injectors, IAC, and TPS with an LS1 harness and ECM.

Both will work on that motor with no problem. Just make sure when you get it tuned you get all of the security parameters deleted out of the computer.
