You can use threaded rod with washers and nuts. That's what I do now.

Another method is to use the old balancer bolt. This method is dumb. I know from experience. I pulled out a thread on my crank. I was lucky enough to be able to just run a tap through it and be ok. It definitely could have been worse.

were can you get them at and my old bolt wont reach in there far enough to do that

autozone and advanced usually have tools you can rent (pulley pullers), they're wonderful especially when doing timing belt changed on my DD (05' Dodge srt-4)

Pulley pullers will get you no where when reinstalling a pulley. That's to take it off, not put it on.

Search around or contact vettenuts on here. He posted a $6 homemade one up and can tell what size threaded rod you need etc... I have been one of the lucky ones and not stripped crank threads with the old bolt.....yet...
