Intake maf gears stall rear end transmission lid ram air headers exhaust suspension etc..

If the valve covers have to come off, you no longer have a true bolt on car.

Under drive pulley
Ewp

There is a long list.. if you are going for a record, you need it all. A maxed out full bolt on car will most likely beat a normal everyday cam only car.

Well I'm getting the intake and the headers with the ory and the tb is already ported...will that get me into the 12's with a tune? I also heard that the 25%ud isn't that good for your car. Is this true?

Some say that their alternator suffers (low voltage) but that's all I've heard.

You don't have a converter. You are wasting money chasing an et until you buy a converter.

I recommend ptc, I would not go smaller than a 3600.

I'll be installing my stall when I can stregnthen my tranny and install sfc. Thanks for the input. So putting these mods won't really lower my et?

It would lower your ET I suppose, but the stall is going to make a much bigger difference than all those smaller parts. I don't have an auto, but I can't count how many times that's been recommended as one of the first upgrades for an auto by many many on this site.

There were two locals at the end of last year that both had full exhaust/LS6 intakes as their mods. Rear ends came stock with 3.23 gears, and both had the stock stall. Both of them went 12.6x at 111.x with a 1.9x 60'.

Shouldn't I renforce my tranny before doing so?

A full bolt on ls1 should have no problems hitting 12's with a good driver in decent conditions.
