valvetrain upgrades are always a must with any serious cam.



as long as thats done with a good tune and healthy motor feel free to run it hard.

What would be a good mild cam to go with and what all should be new to go with it? Any sponsors on here that have good deals going right now?

I would have until you are ready finacially for both heads and a cam. that way its done all at once

This and Is your car auto or m6.

If auto go ahead and be putting some money back for a converter.

Alot of people wanna do cam then converter.

I just now have gotten a my first auto ls1 and a converter is one of the first things I'm doing.

I think TSP PRC heads are on sale,get them with a cam pkgs.a good combo mite be ls6 st. 1 heads with a 224r-228r cam pkg at a 112*lsa.you could do a mail order tune by Frost .go to the TSP website.

M6 awesome..I miss my m6 cars but I wanna take out human error and after driving a few cars with some 3800 and bigger stall I def like the way they pull.

I had a spec 3 + clutch in my old car for refferance...it was awesome.

Since your m6 and your wanting to put 400+ to the wheels start getting ready to build a rear end.

My old car snapped a 12 bolt and only made 420 to the wheels...def think about a 9"

If you don't have the extra $$$ to spend...don't do it....especially if it's your dd.
