i've done the 3-2 once.

not fun, no damage though, but i wasn't at redline in 3rd.

bought a pro 5.0 the next week, best $100 i ever spent ( used from one of the boards, local pickup)

LoL, don't really know about damage on mine...still runs good but that's not to say it didn't do anything. Had planned on pulling the covers and checking the rods. Now current thought is just to hold back on that till I cam the car and then just replace 'em with hardened pushrods regardless.

yeah, agreed.

mine was 25,000 miles ago, and no signs of anything, so i think im alright.

I do want to check the pushrods just to make sure, as i bought the car used...

i'm working on a sweet set of blakc valve covers, with chrome bolts to go on, so whenever in install those, i'll look at the rods.

shifter could help, yea, it sucks bad, done it 2 times, just practice, and get the feeling for it, if u are at a light, just run through the gears while sitting there

something else that will help is hand position on your 3-4 shift..
put your hand on top of your shift **** instead of grabbing it by the side for this shift..
it will keep you from pulling toward you(which is why it went into 2nd)
