If nitrous interests you do some looking in the nitrous section. You definately want to go the the auto transmission section and look at some converter info, It will really wake your car up

I would do a high stall Yank PT 4000 or more
FTRA
ASP pulley
Long tube headers
lca
12 bolt
Hals adjustable shocks
torque arm
cut out
Slicks and skinnies
there's alot more before going into the motor
Seen alot of a-4 cars with bolt on's in the mid to high 11's
What is your goal I know you want to be fast just how fast?
I am in Frederick md just north of you and If you need some help look me up or pm me
Also check out www.easternfbody.com alot of guy on this board are in the area
hope this helps

well if you buy the parts and give me a call I can help you out installing the parts that way it would cut the labor cost. I have a shop and a lift and a big yellow tool box. In other words I am a auto tech in frederick.

if you just want to go fast in the 1/4 you dont need alot of power; new stall and a few bolts will go along way.
if you want a no hastle high power setup, i'd go s/c. h/c + bolt ons make great power but if you have 5k to spend you can get h/c power without any loss of driveability you get from big h/c setups.
cruise through the FI and educate yourself.

I would go:
Torque converter- $1000 w/install and shift kit (3600+ stall)
LT headers- $550 Pacesetters or Hookers with Y-pipe (anybody can install these)
TNT F1 nitrous kit- $1000 with all goodies like heater and purge (install yourself)
Drag rims/tires- $500 for some boneyard 16"s with sticky rubber
Drvieshaft loop- $75 (just in case)
T/A rear girdle- $200 (may hold the 10-bolt a while with an auto)
Cutout- $75 installed

heads / cam / spray / exhaust
probably good for about 500rwhp
the rest for suspension and chassis parts
I'm sorry, but I haven't seen an LS1 supercharger yet that was worth the money for how much power it put out, especially compared to the nitrous systems I've seen. My buddy spent $5,000 on a procharger, and made 380rwhp from a "stock" 320rwhp. It's funny that his $5,000 procharger won't do what my $320 NOS 5177 kit will do. Plus, he had to pay to get it installed and tuned. I installed my nitrous kit myself in three hours and was ready to go.
I'm not saying that the superchargers aren't any good - just that I prefer N20 as the best bang for the buck - ESPECIALLY if you aren't going to run the dog out of your car (I haven't used nitrous in over a month).
