That hose should go to teh back of the intake manifuld just under the MAP sensor. The other connections should go to the AIR diverter valve, and one to EVAP soleniod if I'm correct.

Hello, I know this is an old post, but I am wondering a) what connects to the other side of that T-fitting, and b) there are 2 vacuum ports on the air diverter valve, does it matter which one the hose connects to and also what does the other port on the valve connect to? In the middle of a swap that had too many hands on the project

Ok looking through parts on the ground I've determined that the other port connects to the EGR valve so I guess I'll be going through the EGR delete posts.

I am still wondering about the other side of the T-fitting though

The T fitting with nothing on it pointing the same direction as the MAP sensor is for the HVAC controls.
