It is true, or so I hear, that turbo cars actually pick up a decent amount by a chip. Were talking 200$, not 8.99 with free shipping.

as long you insert those chips gradually not all at once.

There are chips for OBD2 vehicles, such as Fords, all the way up to 2005 Ford GT supercar are chippable through the J3 service port. Same "tune file" that gets loaded to a chip as you would reflash through the OBD2 port. Benefits of the chip are you can switch on the fly between multiple programs.

I've ALWAYS been told it's best to go with the "baked" chips on FI apps. They're already heat treated and can withstand the EGT's better.

Make sure your chip has the orange nacho flavoring added to it. Adds 10 hp.
