Chips and emission testing

Chips and emission testing
I just bought a 2001 camaro z28 and I am looking to put on a full exhaust. I am looking to get kooks headers and a bassani true dual exhaust. I do not want to run with cats because it would just be an added expense and it would be a restrictive. Does anyone know of a chip or way to re-program the computer so that the check engine light will not be on because of it so that I do not have to worry about emission testing? Also if anyone knows about a better exhaust set up than the bassani let me know. I have not looked that much but that was really the only true dual exhaust I could find.

You can get some chips, toss them around the interior of the car if you like. You might get some mice, or bugs living in there then. But it won't help with emissions or the SES light.
You could throw some chips in the engine bay as well, but you'll most certainly get mice or some other random rodents at that point.

Hilarious Ultimate and RPM, Its good to see a sense of humor with all of the BS that gets thrown on here sometimes
bds - If your gonna get the Kooks Headers
You might as well finish it off with the - Kooks True Dual System... Depending on how FAT your wallet is...
Cheapest I found was @ $ 1525 Thats $ 600 more than the Bassani
98-02 LS1 F-body Kooks 3” Stainless Steel True Dual Exhaust System

Just so you guys know there are chips for modern OBDII cars. My neighbor has a 335xi and I helped him install a the control module directly to the ECU and the chip goes in the control module.
