Default A4 or M6

Which is faster stock? I've always heard the M6's are and i know for sure that they are from a role, but what about from a dig, as in a 1/4 a mile. What cheap mods (under $300) can you do to a automatic and make it run better from a dig?

Thats a hard question to answer anyway. In a stick, it depends on how well you drive. A manual will put down more power over an auto with the same mods.

Not much around $300 to really make a huge difference.

A lid and used cat-back wouldn't be a bad start.

Tires are cheap.

I've got a A4 and i've heard it doesn't take much to make them faster than m6's. Do shift kits help?

For regular driveability what is the best torque converter number and who makes the best one (or the best for the money, LOL).

Oh, Oh, Dont forget a tranny cooler. A search and a little reading and you'll get your answer.
