Spark plug gap
Spark plug gap Hey I installed NGK TR55-IX spark plugs, and they were gapped at .050 but I gapped them to .060 per some GM site I was reading, but now Im reading every where that I should of left them at .050. Will that make a big difference?

your car will run fine gapped at .60, the more mods the lower the gap..unless you spray or get stroked you would want to be anywhere from .50 - .60..
I just put a new cam in couple weekends back and the motor seems to like the .50 gap I am running TR-55's now and pulled out some Denso IR that were gapped at .60 before the cam and UD pulley were installed and my car ran SICK!! What does your current mod list look like?

thanks, just headers, loudmouth exhaust, programmer, free mods is all now.
