Don't shoot the cats, dogs, or whatever. Shoot the ******* people that own them. AS soon as they realize it's alot harder to replace a family member than it is a pet they'll pull their head out of their ***.

What about stray cats? They scratched the hell outta my car and it costed a hundo to fix. They just chill on my car because it's nice and warm after driving.

I had this problem a few years back. I contacted the police dept (small town) and borrowed a live animal trap. Once I caught the animal (cats are soooo easy to catch in one) I just called the police and they came and got it. Then the owner had to pay to bail their cat out of the pound. That can only happen 3 times in my home town. After that - the police put it to sleep. Maybe not as exciting, but solves the problem.
