Madhammer makes all of the "GMMG" catbacks and there is no reason to buy from anywhere else. He sells them for $625 shipped without tips, or $675 shipped with the standard tips. That's where I got mine and the only thing I didn't get with mine was the $100+ markup on the price
It sounds amazing IMO

They are $750 shipped straight from GMMG....Who's Madhammer?

Madhammer is run by a guy named Gary iirc. Kind of a simple rinky-dink website, but for $125 I don't personally care lol

From what I understand, he is the welder/manufacturer of all the gmmg catbacks. He was in 2000 when GMMG started up, and still is today for all the other vendors. It doesn't matter if you pay $1,000+ shipped with optional tips from a vendow, bought a catback from gmmg's website when it was sill operational, or have an original GMMG car with the full exhaust, Gary made it all...

People always complain about GMMG being expensive, yet Corsa, Borla, B&B, and some other set ups cost more.
Well worth the 600 bucks IMO, its not that expensive compared to a lot of other catbacks out there.
Many that think its overrated never owned it either, lol.

Just to remind a few folks... the gmmg/madhammer is STAINLESS through and through...it comes with high quality band clamps, and is a breeze to install. honestly. I was a bit sceptical of the price, being it was no where near say a stainless works catback or the corsa, but it was all stainless. When i turned her over, it was love at first...growl?

I think people get too hung up on maximizing every dollar for horsepower.
One of the most enjoyable things about our cars is when they sound awesome and not like shitty, loud, raspy headache machines just to get more HP.
Deep, heavy, and refined is GMMG when done right!!
Now buy the damn thing already, lol.

I would highly recommend GMMG. I had one for about 4 years. On stock manifolds/cats it sounded good. With Kooks LTs and Kooks Catted Y it sounded GREAT. Definitely a good setup with bolt ons. Great sound, deep bass and overall loudness was good. Things took a turn when I added Heads/Cam/Intake. It became ***** LOUD and ABSOLUTELY SCREAMED at WOT and seemed to lose the bass that I had become accustomed to. While I didn't mind the loudness at WOT, I missed the deep bassy tone. If you think you'll stay bolt ons, get longtubes and a catted Y with the GMMG and you won't be disappointed.

I'm in the same boat looking to switch form my LM2 and ORY.
WHAT will be better sounding overall? the GMMG or the true duals?
I know performance really isn't going to change too drastically between the two. but which one really will sound better? Nice muscle car tone, with limited rasp
