Newer lobes, different valve events that I think will produce the same or higher peak numbers than the V.1 while making more under the curve.

We hope to do some engine dyno testing with the new version before it is released.

For now here is a link to our V.1 package: http://www.tickperformance.com/tick-...r-ls6-engines/

Scott your car would be perfect to be a guinea pig on!!!

If you're still wanting to spray it though I have something up my sleeve more custom tailored for what you want to do!

I was thinking the same thing.

We can do it either way, I'm about to drop the cash and get the nine inch done.

I'm thinking about tying my timing into the IAT values and doing it that way. But then we would be screwed if we need to do any tuning at the track unless I bought HP tuners, so I might still do a piggyback like the twister or LNC.

Because once I get the 9 inch in it's going to be party time.

We'll see, I'm going to be limited to a 150shot out of those solenoids
hopefully we can get her fat *** down the track at a reasonable rate.

I've been debating this cam for my car for awhile now, along with a FAST and MAYBE a set of heads. Will it still benefit me even though I'll have the stock 3:42's? (Temporary)

It's going to be harder to drive with the 3.42's since we recommend 4.10's for a M6 and 4000+ stall with 3.73's for an automatic.

It's really going to rip in a car as light as your corvette and make great power.

Any idea when the V.2 will be out? Will it work with nitrous? Also i seen you had a more nitrous designed cam, any more info about it? My car is a stock bottom end, H/C/I/150shot. Also would the v.1 work with a 3600ss and 3.73 gears?

With a shot like that the v.1 would do fine, it showed a nice gain on a very similar car.

http://www.tick-performance.com/cata...ercamspray.jpg

That is on a 125 shot from a zex kit which are FW rated so it does a very good job. Original numbers are cam-only through a ls6 intake.

It should be out either by the end of August or the beginning of September.

It will work well with a 150 shot for sure, but I also have a strictly nitrous cam that I am coming out with at the same time that is meant for solely running on nitrous with shot sizes 250-300+. It's not really meant for motor use although you can run it on motor, but it will really show its *** on the jug

Right now i have the Torquer V3 cam, Stage 1 prc ls6 heads, weiand aluminum intake. What kind of gains would i see if i switched to the v.1/v.2? Is it worth waiting for the V.2?

Give Martin a call, I know him personally and he wouldn't recommend something to you that you don't need. If he think's there is something to be gained he will tell you.

I think it will be well worth the wait!

More controllable lobes, modern lobe technology, lobes that are stable to 7400rpm(same lobes I have on my cam nearly identical profile).

What more can you ask for!!!

I would say you could see a 15rwhp-20rwhp gain.
