Thanks sepsis. I know my questions have to be somewhat annoying at least, so thanks everyone for taking the time to answer my questions and guide me right.

Despite Advance Auto's and even NGK's website not showing trace of the TR55s, Advance Auto does carry them and I bought eight tonight. The car should be back well before this time tomorrow with a tune-up (as well as a secondary look over and fuel pump test). I'll keep everyone posted on the results and I'll even wash her up good again tomorrow for some pictures.

I am running NGK TR55 IX iridiums, and they have been awesome. Also as far as oil, I highly recommend Royal Purple Race, or Mobil 1. Royal Purple is the leader for now. All oils are the same until the companies put in there additive packages, and right now, royal purples is proven to show less wear on engine parts. I have seen it myself, and thats what made me switch. I guess there is a reason it is 12.99 a quart here. It always helps to clean the MAF before the dyno. Especially if is has never been done. Dont touch the wires inside, you spray them.

For the time being I'm running Castrol GTX high mileage synthetic blend. After 1,000 miles (most of which will be hard) I will switch to full synthetic if I don't see any smoke or drop in performance (I know I shouldn't but I'm still skeptical).
