Hey bud im swapping my heads on my 99SS with 5.3 liter 862 casting heads, which I believe are the same as your swap??? what size push rods did you going with? I believe 7.400 hardned pushrods?

I have those same heads. I think you'll be real happy with them. With the right cam it will have a great mid range punch

D14hugger, I don't remember the exact length, but it was an upgrade from the weaker stock ones to these. TSP should be able to help you figure it out. I had the same rods in my stock 241s

Hci2000ss what cam are u running? Lots of ppl tell me they will do awesome once tuned.
