OP keep your eye out for a used BBK. They also go for around $350 and gain more over the LS6

Will the parts basically swap over the same on a BBK?

I just thought of something that I wonder if anyone has had any problems with...

Obviously you NEVER want anything to go into your intake manifold, but is there cause for concern when buying a used intake, or new for that matter (I don't know how they are packaged)? Like what if it had some tiny debris in there...Do people turn them over and shake them or use a shop vac or something to vacuum out the interior of the intake before installation?

And these are the types of things I worry about haha

Never a bad idea to blow it out with compressed air. What I do anyways incase there's any loose debris not in sight.
