All I can say is read, read and read some more. Go to the nearest shop and talk to some knowledgable people in person, about a logical, possible plan for your car, and please change the sig, not even a f1 car driven my michael schumacher himself can pull those numbers

GSR = High End model of an Integra,
GSXR = Very fast bike!!!
I said GSR,
The Track for me was canceled as i had to work.... but instead i am going today, however the other kids still went without me and i got some spy info on him, i guess he ran a 13.5 at 98 with his aftermarket exhaust and he removed his filter and other such small things, Im going up tonight my personal goal regardless of what his car did is to post a 13.2 but im not sure if i can as i only had this for so long....
But anything better then 13.4 would be great!!!

I dunno what your driving habits/style is, but with my car, I shift at 6,500..(where my harlan shiftlite is set), and I launch at about 2200rpm on street tires, normally only pull a 2.4ish 60', but it is a cammed car on stiff suspension and street tires...so all I normally get is high mph

FYI on the EVO, those things can't do the high RPM launches like muscle can. The AWD will and does burn up the stock clutches on them very easily, and aftermarkets void the worthless warranty.
Ony reason I know about all this is cause my boss has an EVO with about 11k on it, and he whines that it can't take the abuse between the AWD and the turbo'd engine. Thank you DSM for that well-engineered weak link.

I'm not sure about you man. But anyways to answer your original question, I've got $1250 in mods and go 12.0 @115 cam only n/a. That should be enough to smoke the average ricer. So if you are a baller on a budget, check out my sig and start looking for some parts.

I can't believe you guys are tripping on his sig. Who give a **** what his plans are. He is a kid with lofty plans. Stick to the question or stop hating on him.
I ran a best of 13.0 at 111 with a 2.03 60 ft on weak tires. All I had was a lid, free ram air and a magnaflow catback. Some drag radials would have put me in the 12.6 to 12.8 range. This is plenty to smoke the ricers you are worried about. As for the EVO and the STI, I have seen them run 13.2 to 13.8 depending on the driver. I have a cam only ride that should run 11.6 or 11.7 once I get my hydrolic clutch gremlins dealt with.
Bang for the buck:
Magnaflow catback $359 Stainless 15 to 18 RWHP
TSP Lid $100 and Filter $50 7 to 10RWHP
ASP pulley $150 6 to 8 RWHP but .1 in the 1/4 mile
Full length headers w/ ORY 10 to 15 HP for 00-02 cars and 20+ for 98-99 cars. $511 coated Jet hots $211 coated Off road Y.
ZO6 intake $399 7 to 8 hp more w/ cam and headers
Custom 220/220 cam 30 to 40 RWHP $379 Speed inc. You will need 918 sping and chromoly push rods $250
I have these mods and went from 305 RWHP to 396 RWHP through a 12 bolt. Through a 10 bolt I would have been around 410 RWHP and 390 RWTQ.
Good luck bro and don't let the haters get to you. Dreams and hopes are what keep us going and what seperates us from other animals.

I'm going to assume that they are digging him on his signature because he responded to it. Someone saw it, made a comment, and instead of just saying "They're just plans, so anyways..." he made quite a few heafty claims and explanations in more then a couple posts before he started shitting a brick that people were responding to his comments about his signature.
So I'll just get both of mine out of the way: It's good to have dreams, but if you're serious about your 'plans' don't even buy anything for your car, put it in your garage, strip it down to the frame, and start your project. You'll just be wasteing tens of thousands of dollars to "burn some ricers" in your local town, then throw it all away when you go for your uber f-body that out handles Formula One cars and run's 8's like tube frame turbo charged fiberglass bodied NHRA Sport Compact Series cars, all with your stock stereo and seats... though I think once you're in the 8's even your seat has to pass inspection and won't if it's stock.
And as far as your car goes, a set of Nitto DR's or BFG DR's, a lid, and cutouts will humble those EVO's and what not. Or, you can go this route: Take the money you'd spend on that stuff, and goto the track a few times. Go with some F-Body group in your area, go with guys who know what they're doing. Guess what, if you learn to drive better you can pull those low 13, high 12 second passes on your stock car. Don't get the mentality that the best "Money vs Mods" bet is bolt everything you can on your ride and blow the doors off some 17 second civic. If you can't drive your car, 900hp will still give you a 12 second time slip (Just like if you can, 350hp will give you that same 12 second time slip)....
