01 camaro z28 shell question.... Well have a 01 camaro z28 shell, I want to put my lq4 engine and 4l80 transmission what do I need... my brother took the original 5.7 engine and tranny with all accessories, so can anybody tell me what do I need exactly.. thanks in advance

It really depends on what he stripped out of there. but you will need to get an fbody engine harness and computer or modify the truck one. do some searches on 6.0 conversions because you will need to change accessories and intake etc to make the lq4 fit. as well as hoses and radiator etc.

thanks for the response... however he is only taking the motor, tranny and radiator, also what are the accessories I need to change? water pump, alternator, intake? what else thanks

i didnt have to, but some have to change oil pan and pick up tube i believe, also the oil sensor and temp switch to plug in original harness. alternator bracket, harmonic balancer exct. its not to bad, i did it last summer
