Default Headers & Exhaust Leak

I've been chasing this for about 6 months and am ready to throw the towel in. I have an exhaust leak on my aftermarket exhaust system in two noticeable places (both on the drivers side): where the header connects to the off road, and the the offroad connects to the x - pipe. The offroad/x pipe doesn't surprise me because the fit is pretty horrible - I can can see a little gap between one of the flanges where the X pipe and off road come together. No matter how I push, pry, bang with a rubber mallet, I cannot get the x pipe slip to complete slide over the offroad.

The header offroad connection has me a bit more concerned - I can't tell if it's coming from the joint or if it is coming where the collector comes together. I can feel it, and I smoked it, but still am not sure.

Any suggestion on fixing these? I dropped the x pipe on Friday and tried different clamps to no avail. I air ratcheted all the (no impact wrench) them (these are Torco type clamps).

Have you considered welding the leaks? I know it sounds drastic but six months on a leak is kinda the point where I'd personally say **** it. The collector might be an issue but I'm sure a muffler shop would tack the leak closed on the x pipe for a couple bucks if you don't have a welder.

Just get a new X-Pipe or try to fix the issues by having a shop weld those gaps. If it was me ill just get a new exhaust done since you did mention the fit was horrible.

The system is only 6 months old though, which is why I'm not excited thinking about having to drop money for another x pipe. I'm going to have a shop look at it this week and see what they think and possibly weld it. I wanted to avoid welding in case I needed to drop it later to work underneath, but at this point, I'm ready

Thanks your input.
