Default 75 cutlass LS1 swap

I recently bought an LS1 from a 99 Z28, and I'm looking to bore the engine. I've read that you can only go .010 over but the guy at my local machine shop says that I can go .020. What type of power gains can I expect with a .010 bore?

All you need to do is add the right cam/springs and a tune. To get close to 400 RWHP. Oh and don't forget good flowing exhaust.
