The CME alone brings it up to "335hp."
The CME with the SLP lid option (and filter?) brings it up to "345hp," I believe.
More or less to answer your question, the CME exhaust will give you a few more horses at the rear wheels (possibly 10hp). BUT, don't get an exhaust system because of power - get one that you think sounds good. A 4-5hp difference in exhaust systems (to me) doesn't make up for a crappy sounding exhaust system over the one you really like.
If you want power, get performance parts for power. Get an exhaust system for sound.
It's all about what you want, but exhaust systems aren't cheap, so do some "sound research" before you fork over the cash. I can tell you right now, that if you're looking for something pretty loud, the CME isn't enough. I had the CME on my car and replaced it with an SLP Loudmouth. On the other hand, if you don't want something loud, the CME is one great sounding exhaust system. But do the research. SLP systems sound MUCH different from anything else: they have a higher-pitch tone that sounds (to me) like a richer, less "rednecky" sound.
Good luck, though.

Just as a IMHO we have 40 series flowmasters on our truck, but I love the sound of the CME on our SS, especially at WOT. That and the CME does not attract as much attention on approach...
The only thing I would have prefered is to have chrome CME tips... *shrug*
BTW RealDealCam is right the 345hp option is the CME and a SLP lid...
