Default Leaking inside...

Whenever I use my Air Conditioner My Drivers side floor gets soaked. Not the passengers side, but the drivers side. Anyone ever have this problem? It is a 2002 Camaro SS. Like I said it only does it when I use the Air Con.

I havn't looked for the drain in my car but typically there is a small diameter hose coming down the passenger side firewall. Sometimes a coat hanger will clear the line.

Ya but do you think that would cause the drivers side to get wet?

I had the same thing happen on a Lincoln MK7 , every time I made a sharp right hand turn my right foot would get wet . I blew out the line with a compressor , low pressure , not to damage anything , a litre or two of water came out of the tube . Ran the car for several more years with no problems before I retired it.

Unless the water has anti freeze in it then really the only other source is the AC unit. It is a pretty typical problem in older cars. the drain gets clogged.
