Mechanically and Audio'ly No Problems.

Physically there are paint chips in the front from stones hitting the car at high speeds. These are normal for wear and tear but otherwise no problems.

As far as paint goes my car has its share.. I have about 3 noticable scratches on the car and the hoood has small chips which he covered up and makes it not as noticable but still pisses me off. Black cars are so hard to take care of.. Im hoping to get some Zaino soon and give her a good wax.

Angry

The damn cats around my house have jumped on my car twice since I have gotten it about 3 weeks ago. each time they caused sratches that proabably only i notice unless looking closely. Also the hood and the bumper has a few rock chips and the hood has one small scratch that kills me. My drivers side door has stress cracks in running down the edges where it closes and its only got 20,000 miles.

It upsets me to wash it because then I notice all the imperfections at one time

hey it could be a lot worse, you could have a body kit that isnt painted.... =)

as far as my concerns:
1. SWIRLS on paint !!!!!!
2. dent drivers ride rear quarter panel!
3. the noises it makes when cold!
4. sloppy *** rear suspension.

1. slight rash on 1 of the TTII's (eventually will get repaired)
2. no front ground effects right now.. they are being painted..
3. crack in front bumper cover.. which another factory one is also being repainted.
4. driverside window scratch in tint from that little bracket braking
5. driverside window motor almost completely dead
6. gas cap door doesn't align right, its been replaced.. junkyard numbers on back
7. slight bubbling of paint underneath door handle
8. slight misalignment of fender and ground effects on driverside from improper jacking up from a shop.
9. slight exhaust leak (soon to be fixed)
10. notchy feeling hydraulics above 6000 (futral is fixing that **** as we speak)
11. exhaust sits awfully low (futral fixing this too)

Most of thats being fixed very shortly The list was alot longer. I suspect the car will be absolutely flawless within a year.. assuming I don't do anything to goof it up.

Peace,
Josh

Poor paint on the hood
Axle click
CB Antenna Mount on the driver side
When playing music loud the panel behind the passenger seat with the 6.5 sub vibrates on some tones...
There is a squeak in the back end somewhere when going over really rough road or RR crossings...

All of this was on the car when we bought it used but took us to really detail the car before we noticed the small stuff... Regardless we both (my wife and I) love the car to death.

I have a tiny, tiny ding on the passenger side rear...just noticed it when I detailed it!!! arrrrr!!! I dont even drive the car that often!!!

I hear you on the rattle from the sub man...it drives me nuts! So nuts that I took it off and tried to stop it..no good!

3 small paint chips, 2 on the front of the hood, one on the passenger headlight cover.
scratch on hood up near windshield on passenger side.
scratch on roof on drivers side (happened when my driver side t-top flew off) Scratches on the inside plastic of the t-top from same event.
passenger side ground effects scratched and cracked from cutting into driveway too sharp and rolling over large rock.
ding on driver side rear fender.
scuff mark on passenger side rear fender.
scuff mark on rear bumper.
small scratch on passenger side of spoiler.
Swirl marks and orange peel.
Water spots on all windows and t-tops.

As far as I'm concerned though, my car is as perfect as it needs to be.

No kidding! That is the ONLY way to keep a car looking like it came straight out of the factory. Otherwise, there is no such perfect car out there that is actually driven (if even just a little)...

But I consider my Onyx Black '02 Z/28 fairly close to perfect. Of course, it isn't my daily-driver and only sees nice weather (while sitting under a cover most other times).
