Hi.. I have a lq4 out of a 2003 denali that I would like to install on my 69c10. Im running a 4l60e with it. Engine is all stock now with 71k miles. I would like to know what I could do to my my engine to get sum performance out of it. I'd like to keep my stock heads,crank and Pistons. I'm shooting for a good intake cam headers etc.. I just don't know what would be a good combo to use.. Any suggestions ? Thanks guys

Since you want to keep the stock heads I would get them ported w/ a good cam and bolt ons. Intake wise you can either run a LS6 or a Fast.

Get an LSX Intake and matching fuel rails. Get a good heavy truck cam or a high reving cam and maybe a shot of nitrous hooked up to your kinda built 4l60e and Ported heads and longtubes with a 3 to a 3 1/2 inch single exit exhaust and that'll leave you at 500-450ish hp with still some good torque.

I have a drive by wire throotle body on my lq4. What intake would you recommend to run.. And and am I going to need different injectors or will I be able to use my stock injectors ..
