Center Brk. light loose??

Center Brk. light loose?? on the spoiler. Closed the hatch today
and it was clanging around. held in by 3
star screws which all seem to be about 1/4"
loose. Is there some sort of spacer that
came out or is it glued to the top or by some
odd chance did all the screws come loose at
once.
Someone help me out here.
