Default Exhaust Pipe Hanger 2002 Camaro 5.7

My 2002 Camaro SS has a Magnaflow Cat back system. There are factory bolt holes drilled for a hanger/pipe support in the frame where the pipe goes up and around the right rear axle tube. Also the Magnaflow pipe has an extension that sticks off the pipe with a pre-drilled hole apparently to mate up with the hanger designed for the frame mount. Whatever mount is needed there prevents the exhaust pipe from rattling on the body and the heat shielding. I am unable to locate a part number or a fix for the annoying tin rattle. I saw a similar image on Google but the picture is copy protected. Pointing me in the right direction would be much appreciated. As far as I can tell Magnaflow does not supply this hanger when they ship a new installation. I suspect my installer ignored the possible problem thinking it was not necessary to find one.

YES. That looks like it would do the trick for the most part. I believe your 2001 may be slightly different but it could be made to work.
Is this a stock GM item ? I tried like crazy to find it on GM parts but could not come up with the right image. If possible please let me
know. Thanks for your quick response and answer to my question.

The image above is the same mount used originally on all 1998-02 V8 F-bodies in that location, so your 2002 would have come stock with the same exact item.

Unfortunately, the portion which bolts to the frame and includes the rubber insulator was discontinued by GM several years ago. This has been discussed in other threads on the site. There is one aftermarket version that's been in production from Walker (part number 35648), but it's not always a perfect fit. The link to this discussion (with comparison pictures of the OE piece) was already posted above by JD AMG, but here it is again in case you missed it:

If you want to search for a used or NOS original, the factory/GM original part number for this was 10275709.
