Default How to clean corroded post on a LS coil pack?

The post on my 12558693 coil pack is deep down in a well and hard to get at to clean.
Does a wire brush post cleaner exist that will go down inside the well of a LS coil pack output to clean the post?
Like a battery post cleaner.

Pistol cleaning brush from any sporting good store, they come in Nylon/Copper/Brass/Stainless and in different diameters,,
There is also a product like brake cleaner for cleaning electrical contacts specifically, that plus a brass brass gets stuff pretty clean..

Thanks, that seems like my only option at the moment.
The way the post in the well is constructed you cant really tell how clean they are.
Thanks again.
