some A4 Z28s came with 2.73 gears out back. all SS/Z28 6-speeds had 3.42 gears

yewha i kno that,....but since it was stated that GM Sent them regular Z28's....that means SLP badged themw ith SS badges...but dont the SLP SS 's come with a 3.23 rear end on the automatics liKe all the other SS's? or do they have the 2.73's so in tern makes them wewaker then a stock GM SS? or does SLP give them a new rear?

Because the SS isn't really a model like the Z28 is. It's just an option like power windows. My title says Z28. My insurance says Z28. The carfax says Z28/IROC (I don't know why it says IROC since that's been gone since 90). Everyone elses Camaro SS is going to say Z28 on their title/insurance/carfax. It's just how lazy GM is. Sending the SS/WS6 to outside companies. I know they do it with other models and options as well, but come on... they have the equipment to do crazy things, i'm suprised they can't do their own hoods
