Help Quick! Shift **** removal. Long story short, I spilled about 10oz of Root Beer on my center counsel and most of it went in between where my AUTOMATIC shift **** is on my Firebird. I see where there are two spots for like a flathead screwdriver to fit in there, but i have yet to figure out how to remove the **** so I can lift the whole center counsel out and clean in there. If you can help in anyway or lend any advice about the shift **** remover or about the whole removal, please feel free to speak up.

For future search users(like yeah, whos gonna do that) just use a flat head, pop out that pin thats facing the dash and just pull off the ****. Easy.
