Super REPOST!!! This was the 1st of two LS1 shows. It must be about 4 weeks old, but they are too lazy to make another NEW show that they have to show the old crap. Pathetic...

 

Anyone else notice that SS had Nittos on it and a gauge on the A pillar?

 

Yeah they pretty much did all the hype mods... wires?! man my stock ones tested at around 300 Ohms... plenty of spark. Flows?! I wish mine didn't come with them, although it sounds pretty good... just another thing to replace when money allows.

 

They always do all the wrong mods. Oh well, it's still cool seeing a nice LS1 on tv.

Why watch the show? It's a freakin infommercial !! The may know their stuff but when are they going to show it? They are puppets and I only frustrated when I watch the show = don't watch it anymore.

Well they can't drive either. They were given a set of Blackbird Trans Ams to play woiht at a track even, and were cutting high 13s..............wow.

 

Funny thread. I like the show, like someone mentioned it's a how to, and of course lots of advertiseing. What about Trucks, that one guy puts some metal on those trucks, he mods them, then rips into them, really cool, I wish Horsepower TV did more of this.

 

I like trucks better than Horsepower TV.

 

From the looks of it, the car had SLP 2OTL exhaust to begin with... anyone else notice that the exhaust they took did not look stock? There two two pipes running out one side, not like the usual dual exits that SS's come with... Anyone?

 

IDK, I thought it came out on both sides. LS1.com has the videos stickied so I shall check when I get the time.

has anyone else noticed this?? besides overhaulin and rides , TLC shows nothing but CRAP anymore.

 

I believe that type of exhaust with the dual tips on one side was in limited number from SLP but they were used, alot more on LT1's than LS1's tho, but i hope that helps, dunno why they would switch tho.
