Don't waist money on a full cat-back if you have a cut-out.
Do the P/T F/T TC.
Do LCAs and SFCs(tubular).
Lid, Belows and free mods.
Nittos in back.
These alone will give you mid to low 12s easy. You have a strong car. It will love this set-up and drive like stock so no one is the wiser.

for all season tires i think 3000 is perfect for a stall...the highes i would go especially since youll see snow/ice get a 3200....lowest 2800 you decide
LCA's SFC's Lid, ASP Pulley, ported Thottle Body, 160° T-stat, 3000 stall, and a tune should do you fine

Actually, a stall makes it a tad bit eaiser in the winter...not much, just make shure you don't go WOT..lol. As for the stall go with the TCI Super Street Fighter 3500 (SSF-3500) If you have decieded to get a stall head over to the Auto trans forum and start searching/reading/asking to gather info. Later.........
