Man, that was a FUN time! We only got up there with enough time to make a couple of passes before the trophy round started up, but I dont think I did too bad considering being a newbie and all. I ran a consistant 13.7 @ 101. If my tires would have hooked up, I'm sure I woulda been in the 13.5s. My 60' times were in the range of 2.12 - 2.16 which was killing me.

I posted faster times and speed than another guy from our group with an 02 WS6. His was all stock too but maybe I got one of the fast 00s? I was also killing each Mustang that I got pared up with. My buddy wasnt so fortunate. He was slipping so much that he put on slicks and ended up blowing his half shaft in the rear end on his 2nd run. Sucks for him, but I had a blast! Guess what I'll be doing soon?? =)

PS - the track was at Cordova Dragway. And thanks again to everyone who lent their advice!!!

Bad news tho, mys 1st time to the track is going to be canceled. its over cast and drizzling, and been that way all day... so the track will be closed
