I think it would be all right. I went a head and got the TransGo shift kit for my car.

NO. Do not buy this. The transgo shift kit is fine b/c it improves shifts mechanically. The B&M shift improver does it by increaing line pressure which will lead to tranny failure faster. If you want firmer shifts, they get the shift kit but DO NOT BUY THE SHIFT IMPROVER.

rdavis93;
I couldn't remember what that shift improver module really did exactly. Thanks for that info.

i asked because i'm in the process of getting my tranny rebuilt and i was going to add the trans-go shift kit and b&m cooler and was wondering would the B&M shift module also be a good addition. Are there any parts i should add or change while doing my rebuild

I would not "stack mods" this way, since you have the
shift kit (washers?) to set pressure just do that. You
can always adjust line PWM with tuning later but I would
not take the B&M, which I think is a "blind shot" meant
for stock setups, and hang it on something that is off
from what the module was meant to "fix".
