Default The past 2 days have been like Christmas!

Yesterday I got my strut-tower braces from SLP. I was so excited I couldn't wait to get home to put it in. Didn't happen thanks to a late client call but I was still stoked.

Today, the secretary calls me and says there's a really big box that was just delivered from UPS for me. I wasn't expecting anything today but when I got up to her desk there was this big-*** box for me from SLP. It's my Sub-Frame Connectors and skip shift eliminator!!!

Woo Hoo!!!!! This is just like Christmas . Can't wait until the weekend to put all my new goodies in!!

That's why I always buy stuff one at a time, that way it's Christmas all year 'round

Congrats, hopefully you enjoy the upgraded suspension mods

I'm starting to have withdrawals and I just put headers and duals on a month ago! I think I'm getting immune to bolt-ons, need to get me some of that harder stuff

That's what I bought the bolt-ons. I only know one guy who welds but I haven't seen any of his work yet so figured they were the best choice. The rep at SLP said they could be welded later on if I wanted to.

That's the truth, I actually said that to a friend of mine when I ordered the stuff. The more I read here, the more I look up and try and research the mods you guys talk about, the more I want to do.

But like I read in one of jrp's sticky posts , it's best to try and plan them out so that's what I'm doing first, I usually have a tendency to just buy things, but I don't want to do that with the car. I want to make sure what I'm doing isn't screwing anything up.

yea, start with the gateway mods and build up to the harder stuff! Learn your limits, don't overdose your first time. Big shots of turbo or nitrous has a way of killing people with no suspension/stickytires/experience.

But as I type this, the little leprechaun on my shoulder is telling me:
"you know, TSP is only 10min away...go trade in your diablo for a 150shot! do it! You know you want to! It'll feel good!" I wanna wear the "pill it till you kill it" shirt so bad!
Hi, my name's Kyle and I'm addicted to my car.

I remember when I bought my lid the day after I got my car in 1999, I was so pumped up lol. Pretty soon I will have nothing left to mod.
