The newbie sticky threads have some great info in them. I just picked up my 02 WS6 2 1/2 weeks ago and have gotten a lot of good pointers on where to start, what to look at, etc.

Congrats on the new T/A!!

Also, decide on what you want from the mods: dragstrip racing, road racing, DD and show? If you are modding for dragstrip it can be different than for road racing, etc...

Start with the different areas of LS1Tech and read. Ask questions.

When I started at LS1Tech I received a ton of info and it mostly had to do with getting better times at the dragstrip. However, I am seriously considering road racing when the car is paid for. This would mean I will hold off on spending for a TC when I really need suspension work and then some internal engine like cam and head.

Just my 2 cents. Check out the different areas that interst you. These F-Bodys have allot of potential IMO but have some direction before you get going.

yeah he's definately got a good point! just decide first on what your looking for then start asking about the different mods in what your looking to achieve! good luck and congrats on the new car.

He is right. Though there are 'universal' mods that will work in either application just as effectively, such as: High flow lid, Subframe connectors, exhaust, reflective decal inserts (well they look cool ). Congrats on the new beast!!! and good luck with the mods!!

For your A4 I would get lid, sfc's, full exhaust, nittos and a 3600 stall. This should get you mid 12's easy.
