Can a Parts Only Title be fixed? Hello. This is a title question so please answer me if you can. I live in Alabama and bought a wrecked car from Copart in TN. The car is from GA and has a parts only title. I did not know that at the time I bought it. I wanted to fix it up with parts from another car. Is there anyway to fix a parts only title so I can drive this car? Thank you.
