Default windshield washer not working, its a sad day.

i dont know how long this has been happening, but i just noticed it today. i went to use my washer, but no fluid came out. the tank is full. at first i thought clogged nozzle, so i took it out ans there wasnt even any water in the lines. then i thought maybe it was a fuse, but the fuse was also for the whipers, which work. maybe a blown pump? and advice

put a volt meter on the plug for the pump and see if she's gettin power. if not, trace your wires. swap for a buddies pump and see if it works maby?

so i pulled the hose out and pulled the sprayers off, blew on the hose till bubbles started comming out in the tank. then i sucked in untill it was all through the hose; therefore it wasnt a clog. I also fount the pump, its right infront of the actual tank lol, right below the hood latch. i dont know what to do, probably a blown pump, i'm gonna take it out tonight maybe.
