I've put about 6500 miles on them since I've got them, and done a BUNCH of burnouts at the track in the last 2 years, and I'm confident I still have 2/3 of the tread left. Overall. I'm very happy with them.

If you don't mind me asking, what rear end, gears, and stall are you running?

On stock Goodyear F1s I only saw 2.1 and 2.0s
(with a grin-'n'-spin launch technique) when my
car was new and stock. Curious what to expect
from the GS-D3s, especially what someone who
knew what they were doing might achieve with
similar mods to mine. Which are "street trim" but
not "stock trim".

i have a very hard time believing this...most people with your power would barely get that on drag radials...maybe that is what your "no name street tires" are...otherwise

I consider myself a decent driver and my best with a 6 speed, 4.10's, hotcam, lid, tuner was a 1.93 on GSC's on a prepped track. The track is the real key. To put any real power down a street tire will suck, that is unless you have an A4. Autos are an entirely different story, that's why they run in a different class in Fbody racing circuits. I think 2.0's or better is more than respectable in a 6 speed street tired car.

what if it is not only me but everyone else...as you can see the only closest time to yours was a 1.81 and that was on a much faster car and a z06 at that...most other people are strugling to get sub 2.0...yet you pull off a 1.75 ...i think that justifies me calling

Stock Suspension with stock 3.23 gears and a vig 3200. Hoping to get a better 60 with LCA's. Car just doesnt have any weight transfer with my heavy rims.

With the stock Torsen, once the right rear tire lifts it's
all over for thrust. Suspension and technique to keep
from losing it in the first place can net you a lot better
acceleration than what you get spinning. A tire type's
material-based difference (ratio) between static and
sliding friction is also significant to whether you will
recover traction or just keep doing the one-wheel-peel
until second gear takes you out of it, owing to the low
torque bias limit. I can certainly see absolutely proper
technique taking tenths off my dumb-style 2.0 60' even
if the odds are low of it actually happening.

I agree about track prep. My best on Kumho 712's is 2.06 a week after the NHRA was at the track (Firebird in Arizona). Otherwise I get 2.2's. The best I've done so far on Sumitomo All Seasons is 2.3, those tires SUCK! I think I'll get some Kumho MX's next time. I love my 6 speed, but I wish I'd gotten the auto because it's so hard to launch consistently on street tires.

The Pass that was 1.81 60ft was a 7.4's @ 96.5 On the stock tires wheel hopping, I had to let out of it 2 times.. It was a good pass for stock tires!

call it or whatever you want i have the slips to prove it, you don't. i was driving the car you weren't. all i was doing was answering a question about respectable 60' times and you have the nerve to call . i'll try to post slips when i get around to it. as far as your concerned 777, bring your car around and we'll run 60', after i hand your *** to you we'll see who calls

by the way 777 what do you drive, what mods, have you ever been on a track, and if so what did you run. i think i know the answers: honda with big fartcan :fartcan, intake and 500hp worth of stickers : NO : and probably think it goes in the 8's.

not once did i EVER say that i could turn a better 60'...so i don't know where you are getting your info from...prolly the same place that you got your 1.75 60'...man just cause i can't turn a 1.75 60' on STREET tires means i drive a
honda with big fartcan :fartcan, intake and 500hp worth of stickers : NO : and probably think it goes in the 8's.
i think you are taking this a little too far...and are very imature...and by the way that made no sense whatsoever..."500hp worth of stickers" wtf and there was definatly no ownage anywhere in any of your posts...so you might wanna leave that out next time...

oh and if you do somehow manage to put up slips...that proves nothing about STREET tires...i have no problem seeing those times with DRAG RADIALS or SLICKS...so either way you really have no way to prove it unless you want to drive down to ocala, fl...which i'm sure you won't....not that it really matters i'm sure not too many people are going to believe your claims
