in this world you could probaly sue ls1.com because they never warned you that t-tops can randmoly shatter
But yeah, who are you really going to sue? GM would just laugh at you... not to mention, if you had the sun shade installed, the glas would have not entered the vehicle, and that is what their lawyers would probaly argue.

Yeah that's true. You know what I was thinking. I actually saw a guy riding around and his passenger side T-top looked like a bubble. I think THAT's what happens when you tint your t-tops. I've heard that it's a big no-no. Don't know if it's true or not.

I have a theory. Fbodys have the same general shape as an airplane wing. Bernoulli's Principle (lift) creates a low pressure area over the top of the car and a high pressure area under the car because the air has to travel a longer distance over it than under it. If a rock thrown by another vehicle happened to hit your t-top by pure bad luck, the high pressure inside your car would have caused the air inside to rush out, blowing the top's glass out with it. The glass wouldn't have to be totally broken for that to happen. Maybe you were distracted by the rock hitting and cracking the glass pretty good and then the pressure differential finished the job.
Maybe all those physics classes will come in handy after all...
