How quick are they about shipping your order?

I ordered some goodies, and I'm like a kid on Xmas Eve. Can't wait to rip the box open. I just want a general idea so I won't torture myself standing by the door.

 

It depends on what u ordered. The parts might be on back order from the maufacturer. Than it's out of TSP's hands. I've dealt with them before. I've always had quick shipping from them.

ive dealt with them a couple times, and i will give them all my business. the only way your order will take a long time to ship is if there is some problem with the manufacturer.

TSP is fantastic. Very knowledgeable, quick shipment, and great prices. They've got all my future business.

 

To date I only do business with TSP (having new clutch and slave unit installed by them next week) and won't ever consider letting a dealership near my ride again.

I'm sure that the other sponsors on board are great but TSP is maybe 10 miles from me and I've watched them handle their business from their side of the counter while hanging out at their shop; Excellent customer service, easy to deal with and talk to, they love what they do, and they're passionate about these cars/motors so they know their business from the customer's point of view.

Not just business guys trying to make a buck but true enthusiasts themselves. Trevor, Jason, Jon, Brian, Allen, and Joseph are some of the nicest and knowledgable guys around and I believe that you will be well taken care of with no problems at all and if there is a problem they will be quick to make it right with no hassle.

 

TSP is great. I've never had a company automatically upgrade me to next day shipping after an item was backordered like they did. They go above and beyond for their customers. Great people to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate at all to get something from them again.
